Recipe: Chicken Pepper Pasta
1 lb. boneless/skinless chicken breast, cut into bitesize pieces
8 oz rotini - cooked as directed
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped into large chunks
1/2 cup onion, cut into large chunks
2 cups spaghetti sauce
Mozzerella Cheese, to taste
Cook pasta as directed. Drain, do not rinse. Meanwhile, cook chicken in large skillet about 5 minutes. Add pepper & onion chunks to chicken. Cook until vegetables are soft, but still somewhat cripsy. Add chicken mixture to cooked, drained, pasta. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook until heated through. Melt mozzerella cheese. Serve hot.
