Turkey Sausage Breakfast Wraps

Recipe: Turkey Sausage Breakfast Wraps


Can be made ahead of time.

1lb ground turkey,
2 1/2 turkey sausages,
1 carton egg beaters (big one),
1bag reduced fat mexican cheese,
any kind of big wraps and as many as you will need for a week

Directions:
In large pot brown the ground turkey and while that is browning microwave the sausages for about 3min.

When sausage is done cut into slices and put in pot with the turkey and stir around a bit.

Once turkey and sausages are fully cooked pour in the eggbeaters and cook till dry (just like scrambled eggs)

When all is cooked turn of stove and take pot off heat. Mix in the bag of cheese.

You can either wrap as soon as the mixture is done or you can store mixture in large plastic container in fridge and then just wrap when you are ready for them.
