Twice-Baked Potatoes

Recipe: Twice-Baked Potatoes


Ingredients
Sour cream
Butter
Milk
Cheddar Cheese
Frozen broccoli, thawed
Bacon - cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Once potatoes are cool, slice them down the top with the foil still on. Pinch the ends together to get it to open. Scoop out the potato inside, leaving the skin intact. Mash the potatoes the way you normally would with the milk, sour cream and butter, and salt & pepper. Once done mix in some cheese, broccoli and bacon, leaving a little left over. Refill the potatoes, then top with your leftover broccoli, bacon and cheese. Bake again until top is crispy and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
