1 container spreadable cheese (ex. alouette)
medium to large mushrooms
bread crumbs
break the stem out of the mushroom caps
stuff with cheese
coat with breadcrumbs
Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes and then put under the broiler for about 5 minutes.
