Homemade Mac and Cheese

From: Monkeygirl18
Recipe: Mac and Cheese

13x9 glass baking pan

2 16ox boxes elbow macs

2 8oz bags of each of the following cheeses:mozzarella, swiss ,monterray, cheddar

italian seasoned bread crumbs

pam

a little bit of milk

Cook elbow macs as directed, while they are cooking pam the glass pan and pour in just enough milk to cover the bottom, mix all cheeses together (will need a big bowl) once macs are done cooking drain them then put a layer of them in the glass pan then a layer of cheese and so on (like lasagna) make sure cheese is your top layer. Sprinkle italian seasoned bread crumbs on top and bake for 35-40 min in oven that has been pre heated to 350.

A side note: You can use reduced fat cheese (that is all I ever use) and skim milk instead of whole. For italian seasoned bread crumbs you could also use regular or you can make your own itailan seasoned ones by combining regular with some italian seasoning and some parm cheese. This amount usually gives fi and I about 2 nights worth of dinners. It can be eaten alone or used as a side dish if used as a side dish it may yield 3 or 4 dinners.
