From: bestmaid6
Recipe: Lower Fat Pasta With Cream Sauce

Ingredients-all measurements are very approximate:
Pasta, any kind you wish, I like bowtie or penne, 1/2-1 lb
Light/Fat free cream cheese, about 1/3 or a block
Milk, I use 1% 1 1/2-2 cups
Grated Parmesean cheese 1/2-1/3 cup
Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
Black pepper, freshly cracked
Any veggie or meat add-ons you might want, I like asparagus and shrimp

Directions
1.Boil water, cook pasta, you know the drill
2. In a medium saute pan, heat the cream cheese until it has melted completely
3. Add millk to cream cheese a little at a time and stir well, keep adding untill sauce is fairly thin(lightly coats the spoon), it will thciken up big time
4. Add cheese, garlic and pepper to taste
5. If you are adding veggies or meats, prepare them seperately, I usually steam them in the microwave
6. Combine pasta, sauce, meat and veggies in a large bowl and enjoy
