Recipe: Weirdo Casserole (because I have no better name to call it). My mom has been making this since I was little, not sure where she got the recipe from.

Brown 1 lb ground beef in skillet, drain.
Cook a few cups rotini (spirally noodles) and drain.
Mix in casserole dish:
Ground Beef
Noodles
1 pack shredded cheddar cheese
1 seeded and sliced green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix together and bake on 350 for about 20 minutes
Then used 1 can French's fried onions to spread over top and then brown, about 5 minutes.
