Crispy Pesto Chicken

Recipe: Crispy Baked Pesto Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts (1 lb)
1 packet Shake N Bake Original
2 Tbsp Prepared Pesto
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 F. Coat chicken with Shake N Bake and place in 8" square dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with pesto and cheese then bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

I'm going to serve it with some pasta that has the same pesto on it, maybe add pine nuts or sun dried tomatoes.
