Recipe: Chicken Pot Pie
I cheat a little, as I use canned chicken, but you can use fresh.
1 9" pie crust
1 small bag of mixed veggies
1 can of chicken pieces or fresh chicken, cooked and cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup of milk
Combine all the above, except the crust, of course. Spread into crust and top with a layer of crust. Cut slits in top of crust, usually 4. I buy the frozen crust and top with a "roll" crust made by Pillsbury.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, until crust is golden brown

This is a great recipe: Notice how much it makes, so it's a good idea to make just half unless you have lots of people to feed, really big appetites, or want to eat the same thing for the next week!
